With the news surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) evolving, Future-Proof Solutions wishes to advise our clients on our current capabilities and arrangements for dealing with the developing situation.

Capability

As we are fortunate to have our entire team trained and equipped to work remotely, we are available as normal to our clients.  It’s business as usual: all projects are progressing on schedule, and we are committed to minimising disruptions to our operations in order to minimise impacts on our clients, and the larger business and economic landscapes.

Control measures

We have implemented the following measures in order to minimise the risk to our team and our clients:

  • All workers are currently working from their home-based satellite offices.
  • All work-related international travel, and non-essential domestic travel, has been suspended until further notice.  Essential domestic travel will be completed via company vehicle.
  • Meetings are, where possible, being scheduled and completed via tele/videoconference.
  • We have reviewed and updated our OHS risk management arrangements in relation to COVID-19.
  • We have advised our team on the current COVID-19 situation and best practice controls, and we are providing updates as they arise.

Client considerations

We also understand our clients’ concerns in relation to COVID-19 and are committed to complying with client policies and requirements during this uncertain time.  Please let us know if your organisation has any other COVID-19 related requirements that you wish us to accommodate.

We will provide additional updates in the case of changes, but overall we wish to reassure our clients that we are available as normal, while doing our part to minimise COVID-19’s impact on both health and business operations.
