Colin HarrisGeneral Manager and Project Director
Col has a wide-ranging knowledge of construction management and the pipeline industry, honed over his more than 15 years as a qualified project manager. He is also highly skilled in commercial contract management, allowing him to “bridge the gap” between strategic planning and compliance, and site operational delivery.

Col specialises in the following:
• Trenchless pipeline design and planning
• Constructability review
• Trenchless pipeline profile and alignments
• Pipeline project estimation, budget and contract management.

Col holds formal qualifications in engineering, civil construction, project management, business management, and more.

Andrew McFarlaneProject and Business Development Manager
Andrew is Future-Proof Solutions’ specialist Project and Business Development Manager. With over a decade’s experience in project management, business process improvement, and strategic development, Andrew directs the organisation’s midi and mini rig project process end-to-end, ensuring stakeholders and our team are kept informed and prepared for maximum project success. Andrew’s strong background in construction operations management, along with many years of experience in compliance auditing HDD and civil contractors, has provided him with a detailed HDD knowledge base as well as extensive capabilities in dealing with contractors, principal designers, and asset owners while managing projects efficiently and effectively.
Matthew HarrisProject and Logistics Support
Matt specialises in site management and logistics, providing practical management and operational support services to our clients. With many years of experience in the construction and building industries, combined with his pipeline and logistics capabilities, Matt is an effective people manager and problem solver.

Matt holds licences and qualifications in heavy vehicle, dogging, forklift and elevated work platform operation, working at heights, confined spaces, and more. This allows him to get involved and manage his sites by example, effectively preparing and accounting for the realities and constraints of high-risk projects and workforces.

Matthew HarrisProject and Logistics Support
Matt specialises in site management and logistics, providing practical management and operational support services to our clients. Anna BlackProject and HSEQ Support
With over a decade’s experience in project and HSEQ management, Anna manages Future-Proof Solutions’ quality, OHS, and environmental management system on a day-to-day basis. She ensures that the team has the systems, processes, and support in place to provide quality products and services to our clients, as well as maintaining the highest standards of OHS and environmental compliance.
Anna also provides on-site project support services to our clients, including drilling fluid laboratory analysis as per API recommended practices; records and quality management; and administrative support. She holds formal qualifications in areas including project, quality and OHS management; auditing; and training and assessment.
Kerry-Anne D'ArcyProject Support
Kerry-Anne brings a wealth of public and private sector business experience to her Project Support role at Future-Proof Solutions. With a Bachelor of Business and an extensive history of administrative, procurement, and project work, Kerry-Anne applies her years of experience to ensuring that Future-Proof Solutions’ projects run smoothly. Her organised nature, attention to detail, and motivated, approachable personality are key to keeping our clients informed and happy.
